  1. I trying to understand how to sell a house using a real estate attorney.  When can a real estate attorney consummate the sell of a house versus an real estate agent.  I assume if the property is listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) then  one needs an real estate agent to buy or sell the property.  If it's not listed in the MLS, "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO)for example,  then a real estate attorney can consummate the sell.  How true is this notion?

  2. I find you so refreshing and fun to watch. You make learning the information exciting to see the next thing you have to teach us. Wonderfully executed. Job well done.

  3. When working with buyers, the real estate agent is paid by the sellers between 2.5-3% of the sales price. Usually, the seller's agent negotiated 5-7% commission & the buyer & seller's agent split it. The buyers do not spend a dime on commission so it's a better deal for the buyer since we're practically working for them for "free". You make it sound like we don't get paid at all when working with buyers. The only reason why agents prefer to work with sellers is because they don't have to drive buyers around all day.
